Job summary

HC-One is seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. You will support residents with personal care, daily tasks, and meals, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.

Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll help with mobility, nutrition, and social activities, while prioritising safeguarding and the individual needs of each resident. Training and development are provided to grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for older adults or vulnerable individuals is desirable.
• Ability to support physical and emotional wellbeing with compassion.
• Understanding safeguarding and reporting concerns is important.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and hygiene.
• Support daily activities and meals to promote independence and quality of life.
• Monitor wellbeing and report any changes to the Registered Nurse.
