Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You’ll support residents under a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals, and daily activities while preserving dignity and individuality.

You’ll contribute to safeguarding and attend relevant training. The role emphasizes compassionate end-of-life care when needed and a supportive, values‑driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene).
• Ability to support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Understanding safeguarding responsibilities and reporting concerns.
