HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, delivering personal care and helping with daily activities in the home.

You will contribute to compassionate, person-centered care, ensuring residents retain their individuality and dignity, while safeguarding is practiced by all team members, with ongoing training and development offered to support

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under a Registered Nurse.
• Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure residents’ wellbeing is prioritised across care settings.
• Recognise signs of distress or changes in wellbeing and report concerns as required.
