HC-One is seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents.

This role includes personal care such as washing, dressing and meals, helping with daily activities, and providing compassionate end-of-life support when needed.

Qualifications

• Support residents with personal care, meals and daily activities.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate care.
• Commitment to safeguarding and reporting concerns per policy.

Responsibilities
