Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will support residents with personal care, daily activities and meals, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, delivering care with dignity and compassion.

You’ll help residents maintain independence, monitor wellbeing, and report concerns following safeguarding procedures. We value kindness, inclusivity and ongoing development for colleagues across the HC-One family.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and meals.
• Aid with daily activities in the home and monitor residents' wellbeing.
• Deliver care with dignity and compassion and recognise residents' individuality.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly.
