HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with personal care, meals and daily activities to promote wellbeing and dignity.

Qualifications

• Duties include assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support residents with daily activities and mobility as guided by a Registered Nurse.
• Observe and respond to residents’ physical and emotional needs, promoting dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Support residents to maintain independence and daily routines.
• Maintain safeguarding awareness and report concerns promptly.
• Help with activities and social engagement to promote wellbeing.
