HC-One is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in its care homes. You will support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, delivering care with kindness and respect.

You’ll assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, helping residents maintain their individuality and wellbeing while adhering to safeguarding responsibilities and ongoing training, including digital care planning

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities in the home.
