Job summary

HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team in Wales. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities.

You’ll deliver care with kindness, respect each resident’s individuality, and participate in safeguarding training. We offer development opportunities and a supportive team focused on wellbeing and growth.

Responsibilities

• Support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver care.
• Ensure residents' dignity and individuality are respected.
