Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes in the United Kingdom. You will assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring each resident’s dignity and individuality is preserved.

You will work in a role that prioritises safeguarding, continuous professional development, and compassionate, person-centred care for all residents.

Qualifications

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities in the home.
• Provide compassionate care to ensure residents’ dignity and individuality.
• Attend safeguarding training and follow safeguarding procedures.
