Stonehaven Care Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for a 36-hour week at St Petrocs, Bodmin. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote wellbeing, and work within a person-centered care framework. Previous care/home experience is desirable, with a focus on compassion and teamwork.

The role requires good communication skills, reliability, and a positive, flexible attitude to fit in with the care team and residents. Right to work in the UK is required.

Formación

• Proven experience in a care home, hospital, or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage duties efficiently.
• Good communication with residents and team members in a respectful manner.
• Compassionate, patient attitude focused on improving residents' wellbeing.

Responsabilidades

• Promote person-centred care aligned with individual care plans.
• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting and mobility needs.
• Support daily activities, meals, and social engagement.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety practices.
• Record notes and participate in care team meetings and training.
