Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain person-centered care for service users.
• Maintain and follow service users' care plans and risk assessments.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, mobility and personal care.
• Support residents with meals, feeding, and dining room duties.
• Read, write reports and participate in care meetings and training.
• Contribute to team spirit and minimize waste.
• Greet visitors, answer bells and phone, and ensure safety of residents.
