Qualifications

• Experience in a care home or hospital is desirable but not required.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication with a professional and respectful approach.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to improving residents' lives.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote person-centered care and follow care plans.
• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting and mobility.
• Support with meals, feeding and dining room duties.
• Read and write reports; participate in team and resident meetings.
• Greet visitors and answer bells; ensure a safe and tidy living environment.
• Help residents with activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
