Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our friendly team at Clarence House, Horncastle. You will provide dignified care to residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, supported by training and a strong community ethos.

Shifts run 8am–8pm across 7 days; benefits include funded DBS, holiday pay, and Refer a Friend bonuses. Prior care experience is not essential, as full training is provided.

• Patience and respectful attitude toward residents with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Offer companionship and emotional and practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Support with personal care, activities, and outings as needed.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and mealtimes.
• Collaborate with professionals to create individual care plans.
