Job summary

PrimeLife Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our caring team at Cherry Tree Lodge. The role offers regular set shifts between 8am and 8pm, across seven days, on a bank basis.

You will provide respectful, dignified support to residents living with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, with full training provided. Hourly pay ranges from £12.96 to £13.32, with benefits including funded DBS, holiday pay, and Refer a Friend bonuses.

• Full training provided; prior experience desirable but not essential.
• Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encouraging residents to achieve the best quality of life.
• Providing companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assisting residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Helping with personal care, recreation, and meals where needed.
• Promoting resident independence in meal preparation.
