Job summary

Prime Life is seeking Bank Care Assistants for Ashlands Care Home in Leicester. The role involves supporting residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and social activities within a 7-day shift pattern from 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am. Training is provided, and prior care experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support residents at mealtimes to maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship, companionship, and attend appointments or social outings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Greet family members and assist with enquiries.
