Community Integrated Care is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Leicester to help provide person-centred support for individuals in day-to-day life. You will assist with personal care, medication administration, and home management while building meaningful connections with five individuals.

The role offers flexible shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities for progression within a supportive, values-driven charity. DBS check is provided, and there is no uniform requirement.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care not required but valued.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care.
• Medication administration for one individual, including epilepsy support.
• Assist with home management: cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting.
