Job summary

Prime Life is seeking Bank Care Assistants to support residents at Fir Close in Louth, Lincolnshire. The role offers shifts across 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am on a 7‑day basis to meet resident needs.

We value patient, understanding, and respectful carers. Full training is provided, and prior care experience is welcome but not required. DBS is fully funded, with holiday pay and referral bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to residents.
• Prior care experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Assist residents at mealtimes and support hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship, companionship, and escort to activities or appointments.
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation.
• Collaborate with care professionals to promote residents' well-being.
• Assist with family inquiries and welcome visitors.
