Qualifications

• Full training provided; prior care experience desirable but not essential.
• Dementia awareness or understanding beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support residents at mealtimes to ensure good nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship and companionship; accompany residents to appointments or social outings.
• Maintain accurate and timely written records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to promote residents' health and wellbeing.
• Welcome family members and assist with enquiries.
