Blue Ribbon in Darwen is seeking a Female Support Worker to help people we support access a full range of activities, follow person-centred care plans, assist with daily living, and keep records. Responsibilities

Enable people we support to access a full range of chosen activities.
Contribute to and follow person-centred care plans.
Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and maintaining a safe environment.
Accurately complete key daily documentation, care records, and incident reports.
Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
Support meal preparation, domestic duties, and general household tasks.
Provide psychological, emotional, and physical support to service users.
Enable access to the community and support with appointments.
Identify and report concerns, ensuring safeguarding-compliant practice.
Maintain positive relationships with family and external professionals.
