Blue Ribbon is seeking a Female Support Worker in Blackburn to help individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives. You will support daily living, personal care, meals, and community access, following person-centred plans.

You’ll contribute to accurate documentation, medication recording, and safeguarding, while building trust with service users, families, and professionals in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks per care plans.
• Record care notes, fluids, nutrition, and incidents accurately.
• Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
• Support community access and meaningful social interactions.
