HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and implement activities that delight residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.

You will support the Home Manager in organising fundraising events and help residents socialise more effectively with your positive energy. We value experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a kind, patient approach.
