HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll work with the Home Manager to organise events, encourage socialisation and develop new activity ideas, guided by kindness.

We value candidates with experience supporting vulnerable individuals, excellent planning and IT skills, and a positive, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals or in care settings.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging activities for residents.
• Strong planning, organisational and IT skills.
• Safeguarding training and awareness; right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents across care home settings.
• Assist the Home Manager with organising fundraising events.
• Encourage socialisation and engagement among residents and staff.
