HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role (25 hours per week) to plan and run engaging activities for residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will support fundraising events and work with the Home Manager to create meaningful, enjoyable programmes with a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals
• Positive energy and ability to get along with people
