Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) to support dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.

You will plan and implement activities that delight residents and assist in organising fundraising events with kindness at the core of your work. You will bring great planning, organisational and IT skills, a positive energy, and the ability to work well with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals is preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging activities.
• Positive energy and ability to get along with people and teams.
• Safeguarding training is expected or undertaken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents.
• Assist the Home Manager with organising fundraising events.
• Collaborate with care home staff to motivate residents and involve the team.
