Job summary

HC-One Ltd. in Mansfield is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role of 15 hours per week.

You will plan and implement activities to delight residents across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes, supporting fundraising with the Home Manager and encouraging social engagement with a kind and patient approach. You should bring experience of working with vulnerable individuals, plus strong planning, organisational and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable individuals preferred.
• Strong planning, organisational and IT skills.
• Kind, patient and respectful communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.
• Help Home Manager organise fundraising events.
