HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role (15 hours per week) in our care home in the United Kingdom. You will plan and implement activities that delight Residents, support fundraising events, and work with the Home Manager to create a warm, engaging environment.

We value kindness, positive energy, and the ability to connect with vulnerable individuals. You’ll need good planning, organisational and IT skills, and a thoughtful approach to safeguarding and resident
