Job summary

Orbit is seeking a personable Neighbourhood Manager to support residents in Medway and surrounding areas. You will be the local lead, building relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners, handling ASB, estate services and tenancy concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This hybrid role requires time in the community three days a week, occasional evenings or weekends, and a commitment to safety and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Strong background in customer centred operations or similar with case/portfolio management.
• Safeguarding awareness and ability to support vulnerable individuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution with empathy.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; able to travel and work flexible hours including out-of-hours rota.
• Self-motivated and independent, yet able to collaborate with colleagues in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners.
• Main contact for customers regarding ASB, estate services and tenancy management.
• Be present in the community three days per week; occasional evenings or weekends as required.
• Represent Orbit in local communities and coordinate internal and external services to meet diverse needs.
• Maintain high standards of delivery and customer focus.
