Salvation Army Homes is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Manager to deliver a high-quality housing management service across the Northwest region, working with residents and partners to sustain tenancies and resolve neighbourhood issues.

The role involves estate inspections, customer enquiries, and proactive engagement to create safe, vibrant communities; travel may be required, with hybrid home-based and in-region activity.

Qualificações

• Experience within housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience of managing a varied caseload independently.
• A flexible and proactive approach to service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering an effective tenancy and neighbourhood management service.
• Supporting customers to sustain their tenancies.
• Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Undertaking estate inspections and neighbourhood visits.
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Building positive relationships with residents and external partners.
• Promoting community engagement and neighbourhood pride.
• Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
