Job summary

Wolverhampton Homes Ltd is seeking a Tenancy & Leasehold Officer to support residents and resolve tenancy issues in our neighbourhoods. You will work frontline in the community to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming living environments while our services integrate with City of Wolverhampton Council.

Join a role focused on tenancy management and community collaboration, with a permanent contract and a salary in the £38,993–£41,757 range.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with tenants and communities.
• Ability to handle tenancy issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality tenancy and leasehold management service.
• Conduct regular visits and community engagement.
• Resolve tenancy breaches, ASB, and estate-based concerns.
• Support vulnerable tenants to maintain tenancies.
• Identify and report estate issues and ensure action.
• Build relationships with residents, colleagues and partners.
• Maintain accurate case records in line with policy.
