Leisure (Operations) is seeking a Community Housing Manager to deliver a customer-focused housing management service across a regional patch of around 450 homes in Oxfordshire, Reading and Wokingham. You will take ownership of tenancy and neighbourhood issues, inspect communal areas, and tackle anti-social behaviour while helping customers sustain their tenancies and keep communities safe.

• Social housing experience in a housing organisation.
• Experience delivering housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management services.
• Experience handling anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches or safeguarding.
• Experience working with vulnerable customers.
• Valid full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a customer-focused housing management service across a regional patch (~450 homes across Oxfordshire, Reading and Wokingham).
• Take ownership of tenancy and neighbourhood issues and develop practical solutions for customers.
• Regularly inspect communal areas and manage anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
• Support customers to sustain tenancies and help keep communities safe and maintained.
• Oversee service charge budgets and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Social housing experience

Housing/tenancy/neighbourhood mgmt
