Job summary

Keane Premier Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join the KPSS team to support service users in the community and promote their independence. You will assist with personal care, medication support, nutrition, light house duties, and helping service users access healthcare and maintain wellbeing.

No prior experience is required, but you must be passionate about enhancing lives; the role is subject to a PVG check and two satisfactory references, with full driving licence desirable.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; compassion and commitment valued.
• Full UK Driving Licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
• Support service users with medication where required.
• Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.
• Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
• Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required.
• Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing.
• Encourage relationships with family, friends and wider community.
• Be mindful of equality and diversity and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
• Report a service users progress on the correct platforms.

Job description

Due to restrictions on the number of certificates we can issue at present, candidates without an existing visa or right to work in the UK are unlikely to be suitable for the advertised post.

Desirable Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License

You do not need to have any experience; we are just looking for individuals who have a real passion for enhancing the experiences of our service users, helping them to live an independent life.
