Job summary

Milestone Support Services, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions UK, is recruiting Outreach Support Worker to help individuals maintain independence in their own homes and communities.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living activities, and promote choice, dignity, and engagement. Full training is provided, and driving is required to reach clients across Gosport and Fareham.

Qualifications

Key Information

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: School-friendly hours, evening shifts, weekend work, or a flexible role around other commitments.

Weekend Work: Weekend availability required

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and achieve their goals. Every day is different, and you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of the people we support. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community.
