You will be comfortable using data and performance information to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive improvements in both customer experience and operational performance. Strong IT skills are essential, and you will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to interpret, analyse, and present data through reports and management information.

It would be a bonus if you held a relevant leadership and management qualification, health and safety qualifications appropriate to the role, or equivalent experience and a full UK driving licence.
