ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD in Cambridge seeks an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to lead city-wide case management of ASB. The post involves coordinating investigations with police, housing providers and agencies, and progressing interventions including enforcement when appropriate.

You will interview the public, maintain detailed records, prepare robust case files and witness statements, and assist court proceedings. The position is a temporary role with PAYE rate £18.72 per hour.

Qualificações

• Experience handling complex anti-social behaviour cases from report to resolution.
• Ability to liaise with Police, housing providers and other agencies.
• Experience presenting cases in court and preparing witness statements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead proactive ASB work across Cambridge and manage complex cases end-to-end.
• Coordinate investigations with Police, housing providers and agencies.
• Progress interventions and enforcement actions where appropriate.
• Keep senior colleagues updated on case developments and outcomes.
• Conduct confidential interviews and maintain robust case files and statements.
• Liaise with legal teams to expedite actions and brief witnesses as required.
