Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Painting Business in Birmingham. The role focuses on communicating about upcoming renovation works, progress and completion, while building strong relationships with residents and external partners.

You will be proactive in maintaining customer satisfaction, producing records and reports, and resolving issues in collaboration with contractors and clients. A full UK driving licence is essential to undertake the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience as Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Officer and/or Social Value Officer is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and resolve issues.
• IT skills including MS Word and Outlook.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and site teams about renovation works.
• Maintain relationships with residents through letters, visits and calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Produce and update reports on customer satisfaction and progress.
• Proactively resolve problems in relation to works, coordinating with all parties.
