Qualifications

• Ability to support people in their own homes to regain independence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with service users and families.
• A valid driving licence is essential for the role and access to a car for travel between visit locations.

Responsibilities

• Work with people in their homes to help them regain independence in daily tasks.
• Assist with mornings routines, meals preparation and medication where required.
• Support individuals in rehabilitation goals and to regain skills for daily living.
• Cover shifts in the West Mid Beds and Ivel Valley localities as needed.
