Zusammenfassung

Staffordshire County Council’s Provider Services team is seeking Support Facilitators to deliver person-centred reablement care in the community. You will be part of an empowering service that supports individuals to thrive in their own homes.

Hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with shifts including weekends. Applicants must live within 30 minutes of DE14 1AH and have a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle to cover North/East Staffordshire. DBS check and health assessment are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in social care is essential (NVQ2 provided).
• Must hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to work across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
