Job summary

Essex Cares Limited in West Wittering, West Sussex, is seeking experienced Care Assistants for our community reablement service. You will help customers regain independence, assisting with daily living, personal care, mobility and meal preparation both at home and in the community.

After induction, you will have guaranteed contracted hours and ongoing training, with opportunities to progress. We offer mileage at 55p per mile, bank holiday uplift, and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential.
• Willingness to travel around Wittering and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal care, mobility and meals.
• Support customers to relearn daily living skills in home and community.
• Provide medication support under supervision and ensure safe, respectful care.
