Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to deliver community-based care for housebound patients in the Torbay area. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, performing autonomous assessments, developing treatment plans and delivering advanced physiotherapy interventions in home settings.

The role requires HCPC registration, NHS experience and a commitment to CPD, with involvement in weekend/after-hours rosters as needed and travel across the Bay.

Qualifications

• Autonomous practitioner with ability to manage complex cases.
• Experience in applying clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality care to housebound patients in the Torbay area as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out autonomous assessments and treatment plans for diverse conditions.
• Provide advanced physiotherapy assessment and develop individualised treatment programmes.
