Job summary

The Felix Project is seeking a proactive Community Coordinator to grow our FareShare Go network, engaging charities and retailers to maximize food redistribution. You will lead visits, drive coverage and support community growth across your region, mentoring teams and building partnerships.

You will be a strong communicator with keen problem-solving skills, capable of coordinating events, managing workloads, and travelling across the UK to meet targets and improve outcomes for those in need.

Qualifications

• Exceptional relationship-building with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong communicator engaging with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel; UK driver's licence.
• Training and mentoring others is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain charity and retailer relationships to grow FareShare Go.
• Conduct Welcome Visits to new charities and ensure coverage KPIs are met.
• Support community capacity building and increase charity capacity to redistribute surplus food.
• Lead community events and regional networking with internal teams.
