Job summary

Felix is seeking a Community Coordinator in the UK to grow and sustain the FareShare Go programme. You will nurture charity and retailer relationships, expand charity capacity, and raise local awareness of FareShare Go across your region.

You will engage with charities, manage visits, monitor KPIs, and help maximise the redistribution of surplus food. The role requires strong communication, CRM use, and willingness to travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM software; Salesforce advantageous.
• Some experience in data analysis and project planning.
• Be degree educated or have a strong career history doing similar roles.
• Have some experience of training and managing others.
• Have exceptional relationship building skills with a range of stakeholders.
• Be a strong communicator who can engage with diverse audiences.
• Be confident and assertive in handling difficult situations, while remaining calm and professional.
• Self-manage your performance and workload; show initiative and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visits to new charities and ensure coverage KPIs are reached and maintained.
• Build capacity of charities to take more food more often, increasing redistribution.
• Identify stores for re-engagement to improve charity coverage and compliance.
• Maintain strong retailer relationships and address issues professionally.
• Collaborate with Regional Centre(s) to grow the FareShare network.
• Lead community events and networking activities with support from the Central Team.
• Perform additional duties as required by the organisation.
