Job summary

Oxford Health in Oxford is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Intensive Support Team. You will work with adults and children with learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs, applying Positive Behaviour Support and Applied Behaviour Analysis to inform care plans and improve outcomes.

This role combines community visits, assessments, data analysis, and intervention work, with diary management within core hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning disabilities and autism and associated health needs
• Experience with PBS and behavioural support plans
• Ability to collect, collate and analyse data for outcome measurement

Responsibilities

• Work with adults/children with learning disabilities to improve self-maintenance, productivity and leisure
• Manage a clinical caseload within Intensive Support Team
• Formulate and evaluate client-centred interventions
• Ensure assessments link to health/action/care plans
• Collect and analyse data on intervention effectiveness and provide reports
