Job summary

Qualifications

• Physiotherapist with experience in learning disabilities or related neuromuscular rehab.
• Demonstrated ability to manage own caseload autonomously.
• Commitment to holistic, community-based care for adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist, evidence-based physiotherapy to people with learning disabilities.
• Provide high-quality services in homes, community settings, and clinics.
• Manage own caseload and adapt care to individual needs and communication styles.
• Collaborate with LD MDT, LD Physiotherapy Team and wider health and social care services.
• Engage in governance and service development projects.
