Pulse Healthcare is recruiting a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join its Learning Disability Services in a regional role covering the West Midlands and South Midlands. You will deliver specialist assessments and interventions for children and adults with complex needs, in a mix of home-based and community settings.

The role requires HCPC registration, paediatrics experience, and SI training, with autonomous diary and caseload management and travel across the patch.

Working Pattern: Hybrid (30% home-based / 70% community-based)

Our client is seeking an experienced Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join their Learning Disability Services team in a regional role covering the West Midlands and South Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for an OT who is passionate about delivering high-quality, specialist interventions across both children’s and adult services.

This home-based hybrid role offers a balance of remote working and community visits, supporting individuals in a range of settings while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.

The Role

You will work across learning disability services, supporting both children and adults with complex needs. The role involves specialist assessment and intervention, close multidisciplinary collaboration, and a strong focus on sensory integration and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
