An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered general nurse who holds a specialist practitioner qualification (SPQ) in District Nursing to join the community nursing team in the South Locality.
You will be based in Kinross/Bridge of Earn/Errol, although a requirement of the post holder will be is a willingness to travel across the locality when required to meet the needs of the service.
The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly in order to lead the team to deliver safe, effective, patient centred care to every patient between the hours 8.30am-10pm over 7 days.
You will support by leading the implementation of change and improvement within your team and support the locality team in the delivery of PKHSCP and NHS Tayside’s vision and values.
Due to Health and Social Care integration, a commitment to multi-disciplinary working with the ability to adapt and manage change within the service is essential.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register and hold a Specialist Practice Qualification in District nursing
