An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered general nurse who holds a specialist practitioner qualification (SPQ) in District Nursing to join the community nursing team in the South Locality.
You will be based in Kinross/Bridge of Earn/Errol, with a willingness to travel across the locality when required to meet service needs.
The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly to lead the team in delivering safe, effective, patient-centred care to every patient between 8.30 am and 10 pm over 7 days.
You will support the implementation of change and improvement within your team and support the locality team in delivering PKHSCP and NHS Tayside’s vision and values.
Due to Health and Social Care integration, a commitment to multidisciplinary working and the ability to adapt and manage change within the service are essential.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register and hold a Specialist Practice Qualification in District Nursing.
