Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading specialist healthcare provider to recruit a Community Nurse for home-based care across Torquay and surrounding areas. The role offers up to £39,000 salary, plus a company car or a £4,877 car allowance and strong work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours.

You will deliver IV therapies, manage ~45 patients daily, educate families and work closely with NHS partners while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• RGN with valid NMC PIN.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-registration experience in a community/home setting.
• Experience with IV therapies and IV devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IV therapies, injections and specialist treatments at patients' homes.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 45 patients per day.
• Educate and support patients and families.
• Work with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold professional standards.

As a Community Nurse, you will:

About you:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
