Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a well‑established community provider in the Plymouth catchment area. The role offers a salary up to £39,000 plus a fully expensed company car or car allowance, and a range of benefits.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, with 4–5 home visits daily. You will work in partnership with local NHS services, focusing on IV therapy in patients’ homes, delivering high-quality clinical care and support.

Qualifications

• RN with active NMC pin.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Fully competent in IV therapy, cannulation & intramuscular injections.
• Prior community nursing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously managing your own caseload in the community.
• Be an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care.
• Provide support and education for both patients and family members.
• Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers and stakeholders to aid and support treatment & recovery.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a nationally recognised community provider as part of their exciting growth plans. This Community Nurse position is based in the Plymouth catchment area, and comes with an attractive salary of up to £39,000 with a fully expensed company car, sociable working hours, private healthcare cover and more fantastic benefits.

In this Community Nurse role you will work in close partnership with local NHS services, focusing on IV therapy for patients in the comfort of their own home. Working shifts of Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, you will visit 4 to 5 patients per day, providing excellent standards of clinical care.
