Leaders in Care is recruiting a Community Nurse to provide high-quality home-based care in Plymouth and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary up to £39,000, plus a company car or £4,877 car allowance and a strong work–life balance with Monday to Friday hours.

As part of a nationally recognised provider, you will deliver IV therapies, manage a small caseload, educate patients and families, and work closely with NHS partners to achieve excellent outcomes while enjoying comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• RGN with valid NMC PIN and full UK driving licence.
• Experience delivering IV therapies and injections in home settings.
• Post-registration experience in an acute hospital environment.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 4–5 patients per day.
• Educate and support patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and high professional standards.
• Collaborate with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams.

As a Community Nurse, you will:

About you:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Full UK driving licence
• Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
• Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently
