Sciensus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our specialist home-care team in the Torquay area. You will deliver high quality nursing care at patients’ homes, support early discharge from hospital, and reduce unnecessary admissions.
The role involves 37.5 hours per week over five days, with occasional weekends, covering Torquay and surrounding areas. You should have an NMC-registered RGN, acute-care experience, and a full UK driving licence.

As a Specialist Nurse, you’ll support patientsin their own homes, helping to facilitate early discharge from hospital andprevent unnecessary admissions, while delivering safe, effective, andcompassionate care.
You’ll work as part of a supportive multi‑disciplinaryteam, making a real difference to patient outcomes and experiences every day.
This role will see you working 37.5 hours perweek over 5 days (including occasional weekends) and will cover Torquay and surrounding areas, so being confident on the road is a must.
